Confederate imprint signed "R.D. Lee 1 Lieut Co 'E' 6th Arks. Regt." 1p. oblong quarto, December 8, 1862, being an Officers Pay document with nice "Confederate States of America" imprint, stating that Lt. Lee received $90 from Maj. H.T. Massengale, for his service in October & November 1862. VG. The 6th Arkansas Infantry was organized at Little Rock in June, 1861. It fought at Shiloh, Perryville, Murfreesboro, the Atlanta Campaign and the Carolina Campaign.
