1/9th plate ambrotype by Robert Weston of New York City, of a middle age woman with gilt jewelry. Marked WESTON at lower left of matte and "132 CHATHAM" at right. Housed in gutta percha case with geometric/scroll/floral design by Holmes, Booth and Hayden. Very good condition.
