As normal format, this issue has lithographic color centerspread, front & back cover. Gracious centerspread, "Commerce Vs. Conquest", shows John Bull labeled "England" holding a ship labeled "Trade", with Uncle Sam, also holding a ship labeled "Trade", behind him, as they stand before the Chinese Emperor who is frightened by William II holding a sword labeled "Germany", "France" holding a rifle, and Nicholas II holding two pistols labeled "Russia".
