Rarely seen at all and certainly not in Fine Condition. This `60" felt pennant has a gold and blue background with individual lettering stitched on. A 48 Star silk flag also stitched on with two tassels. Simply stunning. The Mexican Border Service was established as America chased Pancho Villa on the Mexican/American border.
