ROCKWELL, Norman (1894-1978) 20th-century American author, painter and illustrator. His works enjoy a broad popular appeal in the United States for their reflection of American culture. Rockwell is most famous for the cover illustrations of everyday life he created for The Saturday Evening Post magazine over nearly five decades. A set of signed “Norman Rockwell” prints, 10” x 7-1/2,” in larger double mat ready for the frame. The prints are not named, although each shows the same boy, girl and dog. They include; Girl Waiting for a Kiss; Boy & Girl Sledding; Boy and Girl Swinging; Boy and Girl Walking to School.
