The stanhope of Benjamin Harrison and Levy Morton is on the screw out tip of another intricately carved, bone dip pen which lacks the pen nib. These were issued w/o the nib as most writers had their own personal preference of nibs. The pen also unscrews from the bone base. The 4" piece was a campaign item for the 1888 presidential campaign.
