September 17, 1861-Dated, Patriotic Silk Ribbon, Commemorating the Signing of the U.S. Constitution, printed by King & Baird, Philadelphia, Choice Very Fine. A wonderful patriotic design type. The central vignette on this 9.5" x 3" blue and red printed upon a white Silk Ribbon, features a Pair of Hands Shaking in front of the U.S. Constitution, with Stars and the American Flag. Two minor spots top and bottom. Overall nice and colorful for display.
