Broadside, “Pictorial View of the World, 1846” 20” x 30,” published by Hmphrey Phelps, New York, hand tinted, paper is dry with minor edge damage. Unusual decorative broadside which includes a double hemisphere map of the world, two birdseye views and graphical depictions of the sun, the moon and the 4 continents (America, Asia, Europe and Africa). Full of statistics and an historical time line of the Distinguished men beginning in 4000 BC with Adam and Enoch and ending with Andrew Jackson! Very rare. The first example we have ever seen.
