Kagey (1834-1923), 1p. 4to., "Alexandria, Va., Tuesday Night, April 16th 1861," to his sister, Mary, reading, in part: "I arrived here safely this evening…I have some business to arrange will go up on Manassas on next morning. I have gotten along thus far pretty well…I left Philadelphia last night at 11…arrived in Baltimore at 3…my love to all. In haste, Your Brother, Dave." Light soiling, else VG.
