1/6th daguerreotype of small child, by Henry R. Meade, photographer from New York who was famous for his 'Cake Daguerreotypes.' ID'd with ink manuscript on paper label Benj. Stephenson 2nd about 1854. Brass matte marked "MEADE & BRO. With small photo album with gilt lettering "B.T. Stephenson, Jr. New York and contains four (4) CDVs, as well as loose CDV with Meade and Bro. backmark. Very good condition.
