A grouping of 12 Criminal Warrants and issued between 1882-1899. Each warrant is pre-printed, names the defendant and provides several lines describing the crime. Many of the warrants are for murder with great detail, others for assault and also cattle rustling. The group provides an interesting view into Old West Justice. Each is signed by either the sheriff or a constable. Nine are 8-1/2” x 7” issued under the Territory. Then six 8-1/2” x 14,” issued under the State of Wyoming.
