Gilhaman, deputy US Marshal.; Nov 18 to 28, 1894 for “endeavoring to arrest Johnnie Miles” requested by Jesse B. lilly, Deputy US Marshal.; March 19-31, 1895 for “endeavoring to arrestBuck Abaughthman” requested by F. mccautars, Deputy US Marshal. ... Then we have SIX (6) Territory of Oklahoma voucher request payment for guard duty. These include, April 13, 1895, guarding Thomas Tall Chief, requested by Frank W. Clark, Deputy United States Marshal.; May 23, 1895 furnishing substance to four named prinsoners, requested by Heck Thomas, Deputy US Marshal.; April 13, 1893, Gutherie, guarding Scott Brunner, guard. ; Gutherie, March 20, 1895, guarding four named prisoners “in charge of heck Thomas” requested by Rob’t. Cox, guard. ; Gutherie, Feb’y 2, 1893, guarding Curt Blackman “in charge of H.H. Thomas’ requested by SS Childreth, guard. ; Pawnee, April 3, 1895, guarding two named prsoners, requested by G. B. Horner, Deputy Sheriff. .... And finally, Pawnee, October 14, 1907, a receipt from C. Madsen to deputies and guards for transporting prisoners.
