Breaking out of jail ..” complaint by HH Heck and Nagle. ; DS, payment voucher, Nov. 5, 1896, “to arrest Choz Clifton alias Dynamite Dick et al,”. ; DS, payment voucher, July 2, 1896, “returning with N.F.Shaw’. .... PLUS another Seven (7), each signed by J.T. Sanderson as Commissioner for First District of Oklahoma. These include, May 17, 1895, “fugitive from justice”.; June 20, 1895, “harbor and assist Zip Wyatt (one of the most notorious outlaws in the Territory of Oklahoma, was hunted down by this posse, August) and others.” ; July 9, 1894, “carried away one horse and fifty dollars ..”.; June 20, 1895, “harbor conceal and assist Zip Wyatt and other outlaws to allude the Officers ..”. ; April 26, 1895, “steal and take away 50 head of cattle ..”. ;Sept. 2, 1895, “Break into and rob a safe ...”. ; March 31, 1897, “holding Defendant under guard ...”
