Under Act of Congress, Approved Feb 17th, 1864” 1pp. quarto, August 2, 1864, Augusta, Georgia, pertaining to Private William H. Turner 2nd Artillery, who had a bone removed becauseof a wound received January 11, 1863 at Fort Johnson, James Island, South Carolina. Fine condition.
