War-date Document Signed by several members of the 9th Rhode Island Volunteers, and reads “We the undersigned agree to enlist in the volunteer company of the Hentish Artillery for three months service at Washington...Enlisted by B. Ray Phelon May 26, 1862. All of Whom served three months in the 9th Regt & were honorably discharged Sept. 2d 1862.” Fine condition.
