War-date Document Signed by General Stevenson’s ADC, 1pp. quarto, Headquarters Military District of Harper’s Ferry imprint, September 21, 1864, addressed to the Guards & Pickets and reads “ WIll pass F. M. Napp of the Sanitary Commission within the Distrcit of this command and over Bridges until further orders.” Very good condition...plus; Great Central Fair Season Ticket, 2-1/2”x3-1/2”, with illustrated cover. Very good condition.
