A great post war Union General's signature: "Oliver O. Howard, Brig. Gen'l. U. S. Army. Omaha, Neb., Nov 16, 1885." Howard is best known for the role he played after assuming command with John F. Reynolds death at Gettysburg and also as the foundered of Howard University, the nation's first institute of higher learning for colored folks. Near fine.
