Stoddard” as Secretary & c to the President, 1pp. obolong, Executive Mansion, Washington, October 25, 1863, addressed to Colonel Rush, “I am directed at the office of the Secretary of War to apply to you in a case in which I am much interested. The enclosed letter will explain all. ...” Fine condition.
