Fantastic advertising piece, measuring 8 ½" x 10 ½", printed on thin paper, from New Hampshire. The piece advertises Presidential campaign charts for both Grant and Greeley during the 1872 campaign. These charts (which we have seen) are large colorful portrait broadsides promoting the candidates. The last Greeley that came to market, in 2016, realized $20,000.00! While we have seen the charts for both candidates, this is the first piece of advertising for the charts we have encountered. A rare piece of political advertising.
