War-date Confederate Document Signed by John Withers, AAG, 1pp. quarto, Richmond, Virginia, November 28, 1864, being Special Orders No. 282, and reads “Corporal A.F. Parrott Co. H 14th Regt. So. Ca. Vols being unfit for Infantry service is hereby transferred to Co. ‘E’ 2d Regt So. Ca. Artillery and will report accordingly...” Fine condition.
