On the face is the Lincoln profile with words “February 12, 1809, With Malice Toward None, With Charity For All.” On the obverse is the statement “Awarded by The San Francisco Examiner to Ethel Strohmeir for merit in essay on Abraham Lincoln 1909.” Struck by Schreve & Co.
