New Hampshire Militia broadside, 8" x 9 1/2", dated April 17, 1821 from the Adjutant-General's Office in Concord. This document records the governor's acceptance of Captain Charles Swasey's resignation from the 6th Company of Infantry, 39th Regiment, 2nd Brigade, 2nd Division of New Hampshire Militia. A scene of boatmen dominates the piece. Light foxing, two old folds and two uneven edges. Very Good condition.
