Fine condition...plus; Autograph Letter Signed “Geo. Foster” Captain, C.S.A., 1pp. octavo, August 5, 1862, pertaining to Col. N. Commandeur, who wishes to attach himself to Ruggles command. Fine condition...plus; Autograph Letter Signed “Thos. Clemson” 4pp. octavo, April 18, 1861, Bladensburg, Maryland, and reads in part: “...It appears almost useless for one to strive for good in the United States. The odds are against such efforts. ... and if ever a government required change, that which has passed away, ...” Fine condition....plus; Two ordnance stores documents, both war date. Good condition.
