From the interior, a 1/2 page illustration of a masked man whipping a bare back woman who is tied to the whipping pole. A second woman is being tied up. ... Another 1/2 page illustration shows a blackman beating a white man with a club. In 1/3 page image, “A number of students at Ann Arbor Michigan .. descent upon a house of ill-repute...” Associated reports are on separate pages.
