Stephens of Georgia for vice-president campaign ballot, 2 3/4" x 4 7/8", issued for use in Virginia, and it is, no doubt, that many of the electors listed served in the Confederate ranks during the war. Used and canceled with pencil signature, "C. L. Harris" on the verso showing that he voted the Davis/Stephens ticket. Near fine
