Confederate Document, being a telegraph issued to General Ruggles, 1pp. octavo , June 9, 1862, issued by Colonel Hugh Miller, and reads in part: "...I have here a regiment numbering one thousand present for duty about seven hundred without arms about two hundred militia unarmed. I am ordered to Richmond, Va want transportation…" Fine condition.
