C.S.A. is authorized to pass the Guards and Sentinels on Picket duty around the City in the direction of any of the Public Roads, upon his statement hereby made that he is on lawful business. A violation of this permission will subject the offender to be dealt with by the Military authority. W.S. ROCKWELL, Lt. Col. 1st Vol. Regt. Ga., C.S.A., Commanding Post." Issued for 1 week. VG.
