Autograph Letter Signed by Adjutant General Millhouse, 2-1/2pp. quarto, Albany, New York, November 12, 1862, being Special Orders No. 780, and reads in part: "...The consolidation of the several Regiments of the 'Irish Legion' made by Colonel George bliss Jr. A.D.C. as stated in his communication of the 8th inst to Brig. Genl. Michael Corcoran, is hereby approved and confirmed..." Followed by listing of field staff. Very good condition.
