Col. & Chief of Ordnance Army of Northern Virginia, 1pp. quarto, April 25, 1864, addressed to General James Longstreet providing key text of a circular to the general. Noted as "Official Copy" with signature of "G.M. Sorrel." as Assistant Adjutant General. Fine condition.
