Enemy followed in direction Jacinto or Rienzi, ... can the cars be ordered to return from Corinth tonight, N.B. Forrest, Maj Genl. Autograph Letter Signed, "J.B. Hood, Gen'l". Hood's pencil response is on the reverse, "Will order the cars to return to night - will order Forrest to send his cavalry in direction of Jacinto Rienzi, J.B. Hood, General, to Gen'l Beauregard"
