Rare inauguration silk with lead ribbon "INAUGURATION CERTIFICATE." with image of the White House and beneath "The bearer of this was present at the Inauguration Garfield and Arthur March 4th 1881." Hand-sewn to two other ribbons. 3-1/2"x5". Very good condition.
