Bronze medal, 1-1/2" suspended from a silk grosgrain ribbon and a crossed-rails hanger inscribed "Washington Mar. 4, 1889," The medal has a bust of Harrison and reads: "Twenty Third President of the United States Benjamin Harrison". The reverse reads: "Harrison & Morton. Inaugural Ceremonies Mar. 4, 1889. General James A. Beaver Chief Marshal". The ribbon is frayed, the medal fine. Heritage recently sold a better condition for $650.
