Application for the Confederate Cross of Honor, issued by the United Daughters of the Confederacy, 2pp., partially pre-printed and filled out in manuscript. Issued for Wm. E. McAndrew who enlisted 1861, was wounded at Knoxville November 11, 1863, captured there, taken to Rock Island Prison and was discharged at the close of the war. Accompanied with a typed supporting statement from Terry's Texas Rangers Association.
