Goldsborough, to include; December 19, 1861, in part, "Complaint has been made by the British Minister of rigorous treatment inflicted on certain of his countrymen captured while attempting to run the blockade ..." ...plus, January 4, 1862, in part, "The British schooner Adeline was recently captured ... for a breach of the blockade, and three of her crew ... released after entering into an engagement not to again employed in similar proceedings. ...." ... plus a third printed instruction issued by L.M. Goldsborough, June 5, 1862, in part, "All Officers commanding prize vessels will deliver ... all arms ..."
