This original huge oval Sepia Photograph Duo-tone Portrait. In photography, toning is the process of recoloring grayscale images, and duo-tone describes doing so for effect. The image measures a huge 20" x 16" (by sight), being professionally matted and framed to an overall size of 26.75" x 22.75". This oval image shows a full length Portrait of a Union General standing with his Sword and leaning against a covered table. This image is Signed at lower right, "M. Wolfe - 1889". Its quality professional presentation and framing likely costing several hundred dollars.
