Cabinet card photograph of Cornelius Newton Bliss (1833-1911) by Falk in NYC. Verso has a wet stamp, Siegel-Cooper Co. in New York. Nice portrait. Great condition. Bliss was an American merchant, politician and art collector, who served as Secretary of the Interior in the administration of President William McKinley and as Treasurer of the Republican National Convention in four successive campaigns.
