Pennsylvania Electoral College Cards, 5-1/8' x 2-7/8", cast by a Presidential Elector in a vote to determine who would receive that state's electoral votes following the conclusion of the presidential election. There is one "For President William McKinley" and a second "For Vice President Theodore Roosevelt". The cards are signed by the Pennsylvania Elector.
