Newspaper, and authentic and complete issue of the Baltimore News and Baltimore Post, Wednesday evening, May 23, 1934, 34 pp., disbound, slightly tanned, VG. A 7-column headline screams the news, “POLICE KILL BARROW AND GIRL AIDE” with column headline leading into report, “Bullets End Deserado’s 8-Yr. Reign, Couple Speeding at 85 MPH, Trapped by Posse; Their Car Like and Arsenal.’ The report continues on page 2, “Clyde Barrow, Bonnie Parker Shot Dead by Posse”. There is a 2-column 8” photo of Bonnie smoking her cigar and toting the revolver, leaning on the car; and a second smller face photo of Clyde Barrow. The lawmen opened fire, killing Barrow and Parker while shooting a combined total of about 130 rounds. Nice to have a Day-Of-Event newspaper.
