Very oranate crew manifest for the Brig. H.C. Brooks, March 1869, 2pp. double folio, lising Jefferson Briggs as master, and then crew. Nice vignette of ship at center. With Congressional Act printed on verso pertaining to regulations of seamen in the merchant’s service. Fine condition.
