Engraving, 12" x 8-3/4,", nicely hand tinted, engraved by Whitney & Jocelyn, titled "Desperate conflict of American seamen under Decatur, on boarding a Tripolitan Corsair" shows Stephen Decatur and his men fighting hand-to-hand fight on board a Tripolitan gunboat during the First Barbary War.
