Colorful ribbon, 2-1/4" x 8" issued for the TEXAS KNIGHTS TEMPLAR, conclave, Washington October 8th, 9th, 10th, 1889. VG. The Knights Templar or simply the Templars, were a Catholic military order founded in 1119, headquartered on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem through 1128 when they went to meet with Pope Honorius II.
