Livingston and travel of 30 miles. ... plus, May 16, 1893 approving payment to Good Robertson for 15 days guarding Wesley Sawyer and travel of 40 miles ... plus May 27, 1893, approving payment to Dixon Canby for 3 days guarding T.O. Davis and travel of 106 miles ... plus, Same style voucher, signed by US Marshal John McAllister, December 15, 1888, approving payment to Frank Capler for 14 days guarding Wm. Livingston and travel of 300 miles..Harry Clayland - U.S. Deputy Marshal commissioned on March 9, 1884, in the Western District at Fort Smith, Arkansas serving under Marshal George J. Crump. He was one of the sixteen deputy marshals selected to arrest Ned Christie at Fort Mountain near Tahlequah, Cherokee Nation in November 1892.
