BEE, Bernard (1824 - 1861) was a career United States Army officer and a Confederate States Army general during the American Civil War. He was mortally wounded, he died the next day, June 22, 1861. Rare Document Signed, “B.E. Bee, Adjt. 3rd Infy”, 1p. 8" x 8", Santa Fe, [n.d., ca. Dec. 1, 1859], a requisition of wood to be used as fuel by Bee and his servant, signed by him adding rank "at bottom. Fine condition, with engraving.
