Lucy Petway Holcombe Pickens was known during and after her lifetime as the "Queen of the Confederacy". ... plus, $1000 Bond, 14" x 9-1/2" plus (2) coupons, issued November 27, 1862, with an engraved image of Samuel P. Moore, who was Confederate Surgeon General throughout nearly all of the American Civil War.
