Jonas Galusha (1753-1834) was the sixth and eighth Governor of Vermont for two terms in the early 19th century. The form is unengrossed but has his autograph in bottom right. The document is to discharge someone likely War of 1812. Has wax seal. Approx 8" x 13.5". Usual folds. Some edge wear but overall good condition. Nothing on verso. c1813.
