Mischa Richter (1910 - March 23, 2001) was an American cartoonist best known for his numerous cartoons published in The New Yorker over decades. He also contributed cartoons to Collier's, The Saturday Evening Post and This Week. An original ink cartoon signed by "Richter", 11' x 15" on untitled cartoon showing a wealthy business man named "Wall St." whispering in the ear of a Japanese man with rising sun flag. (included is the 1940 magazine page using the cartoon.
