Oliver Hazard Perry who “has secured to himself the proudest niche in the temple of fame ...” Governor Strong Aproclamation For A day Of Thanksgiving and Prayer” Loose at spine, rough at edge .. plus, November 3, 1813, majority of the reporting is European War, British naval reports and Proclamations from Austria. However on the back page is a run away Slave ad for “a very bright Mulatto Negro Woman .. Her complexion is so much faier than that of most Mulattoes, that unless she is very particularly examined she may easily pas for a free white woman ...” Loose at spine, VG....
