Unusual albumen photograph of the Ford’s Theater, “Our American Cousin” handbill, from the night of the Lincoln Assassination, 5-1/2”x8”. Side-by-side with July 10, 1865 Octoroon the Re-Opening of Ford’s Theater. Pencil notation on reverse, “I got this from J. Mudd, Washington DC. .. Reg day Bill April 15 1865, and Re-open Bill of July 10, 1865.” Fine condition.
