Abraham Zabriskie, a 23-year-old colonel from the 9th New Jersey Volunteer Infantry who died of wounds received in action at the Battle of Drury's Bluff, Virginia, in May 1864. ... plus, Illustration slide "Capture of Atlanta" Federal troops replace a flag atop an Atlanta municipal building with the Stars and Stripes, 1864. ... plus, "Capture of Fort Donelson" after Evert A.
