Tennet Lomax (KIA Seven Pines, Va., May 31, 1862 as colonel 3rd Alabama Infantry), reading, in part: "The Governor [Andrew B. Moore] directs…that he has sent Doct. Belleuque down to Pensacola and has instructed him to report to you for duty making cartridges.
